  Can not express our negative experience with this company. Reserved a soft serve ice cream machine for a party and everything was on track. The Monday before our Saturday party we received a voicemail that we were the second renter of ice cream machines and there second machine needs a new belt and they will not be able to provide us with our reserved rental. First of all, a belt is normal maintenance and a quality company would have these items on had for such emergencies. But I also do not think that a belt would take a week to receive and install so my bet is they overbooked or were offered more money for the rental so they made up the excuse. Do not trust this company!!
